Susan Stamberg of NPR -- the first woman to anchor a national nightly
news program, "All Things Considered" -- is an author, TV commentator and
winner of numerous broadcasting awards.
WOMAN OF VISION
Helen Thomas, commonly referred to as "The First Lady of the Press",
served as UPI White House Correspondent for more than 50 years. She is a
published author and syndicated columnist for Hearst Newspapers.
